Fear asking for what you need
Speaking mean about your body, telling yourself you aren’t enough.
Shaming yourself for who you are.

Celebrating yourself for being you
Allowing yourself to be seen even when it’s uncomfortable
Fearing asking to what you need & doing it anyway
Setting boundaries with the resistance
Creating space for you & your inner peace
Having the hard conversations
Loving the parts of you, you hate
Speaking up for yourself
Saying no to what doesn’t serve you
Nourishing your body in a way that feels good
Speaking kind to yourself
Stepping into who you are & your power
